Refund Policy: Our subscription flowers are planned months in advance, and each bouquet is grown-to-order. We are not able to accommodate refunds for any reason. However, should you need to reschedule a pick-up time or wish to gift the subscription to someone else for that month, please don't hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in making the most of your floral experience.
Flowers are a perishable product, and their vase life can vary from 3 to 6+ days. Pearl Oaks Flower Farm provides flower care instructions at the beginning of each flower subscription. All flowers are harvested in peak condition, and each variety may have a different vase life depending on care.
